The company invested more than 50 million yuan, covers an area of about 15,000 square meters, and has modern factories, R&D centers and related supporting facilities. Its scale is in the leading position in the domestic industry. When fully reached, the annual production capacity will be 200,000 sets, with an output value of about 320 million.
The company has a professional R&D and design team, including more than 50 R&D personnel with bachelor's degrees or above, all of whom have been professionals in the auto parts industry for many years. The products cover multiple series such as RV hatches, windows, passenger doors, electric mechanisms, key chassis parts, awnings, etc., and are sold well in domestic and international markets.
The company has a complete manufacturing process for RV parts, and the process equipment is matched in accordance with high-end manufacturing standards, ensuring that the manufacturing process is automated, intelligent, informatized, and flexible, and is at the leading level in the domestic industry. This enables intelligent flexible manufacturing and ensures production efficiency and quality stability. The company is also equipped with modern inspection equipment such as multi-functional universal testing machines, colorimeter, weather resistance test chambers, self-designed fatigue testing machines, etc. to ensure that product performance meets customer needs.
